- If you aim to obtain the CCIM Designation, initiating the portfolio process early is crucial, rather than waiting until you have finished the core courses.
What will be discussed during the workshop? - What should be included in the portfolio, including a write-up of your transactions and the steps to start and upload all the data?
- What portfolio path should I choose? – Ensure you have chosen the correct path.
- Did you know you can go back five years on your transactions? When does that five-year period begin?
- What is involved, and how do you prepare to meet with the Chapter representatives to receive a recommendation letter?
